Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window for all items, provided they are in their original condition with all 16ARLINGTON security tags intact. Please ensure that garments are unworn and free of any marks or damage to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items safely in the original reusable packaging and include the completed return form provided with your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
