What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all security tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
For orders shipped to the UK and EU, taxes are included in the final price. For international orders outside these regions, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
